“Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised by the size and cleanliness of our room. We stayed in a basic Junior Suite with a garden view. The space was spacious and it included a huge Jacuzzi tub which definitely added a touch of luxury to our stay. My stay at this resort was both enjoyable and unsettling. On one hand, the property is well-kept and offers a beautiful beach for relaxation. The staff was friendly and made me feel welcome. On the other hand, after a disturbing incident during my stay, I felt uneasy about safety protocols and the hotel’s response. While it has its highlights, I would caution potential guests about their experience based on my personal events.

I had an amazing stay at the resort! The grounds are lush and beautiful, and the staff make you feel welcomed right from the start. The rooms were nicely appointed but could use some warmth, especially since the swim-up pool we had access to was quite cold during our visit.
